Private header (HTTP Referrer Header)

Problem:
	One of these errors display when you attempt to connect to the library databases:
		This page is displayed
		Authentication failed due to insufficient credentials. [EBSCO]
		The IP address of your workstation is not currently recognized by the FirstSearch Service. [FirstSearch]
		1011: ProQuest is unable to automatically authenticate your user account. [Proquest]

Solution:
